Alberto Serrano is an outstanding competitor and teacher of jiu jitsu with 7 National Championships and more than 30 International titles such as gold in the Panama National Pro, 3rd place in the IBJJF Pan American No Gi, and first place in the ranking of North and Central America of the Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro Tour in the 2019-2020 season.
In May 2013 he began his career as a jiu jitsu teacher and in June 2016 he received his black belt from Professor Mario Delgado.
In 2021, Alberto founded the DREAM team together with Professors Erick Robles, Alexis Alduncin, and Salvador Alduncin. Before founding the DREAM team, Alberto trained in various academies under outstanding guidance from legends of the sport like John Danaher and Marcelo Garcia and has used these experiences to develop the teaching system with which he trains his academy and online students.
Alberto also specializes in the kimura submission which he has a course on here at Jiu Jitsu X, and inside this course, he will teach you 28 ways to finish the kimura using less strength against people twice as big as you without even breaking a sweat.
