He started training at the age of eight, quickly developing a lifetime dedication to jiu jitsu that ultimately earned him a black belt under Rodrigo Cabral. On his path to black belt, William started competing as a minor and achieved multiple titles including Pan Arms & World Champion. And he increased his reputation in the jiu jitsu community by surprising many in this sport by beating and submitting several top-tier black belts. Not only is he one of the fastest rising no-gi jiu jitsu athletes, but he is also very well known for his techniques that ultimately led him to multiple victories and qualification for ADCC 2022.
