Simply search for Jiu Jitsu X within your Google Play/Apple store, or you can download it directly via this link here.
If you’re having trouble with the app, please let us know by opening a support ticket through this link here. Keep in mind that letting us know as many details as possible (like what device you have the app installed on, what app version, etc) will help us identify/fix the issue much faster.
We unfortunately can’t refund any purchases made within the app, as those transactions are controlled by Google Play/Apple Store. They do have a 48h refund policy though, so if you request for a refund through Google Play/Apple you might still receive one.
You sure can. If you go to your enrolled course, pick the course you want to watch – you’ll see a download button on the site of the videos. Once you download the videos, go to your ‘downloads tab’ and you should be able to find them in there.
