What do you need help with?

To find your purchased courses simply log in to your account here and click on the my courses tab. For a tutorial with images on how to do that click here

To reset your JJX password click here

If you’re having trouble receiving the password reset link, double check if it’s in your spam folder. If it’s not in there, email us (info@jiujitsuX.com) and our team will reset your password for you. 

You can change or add a payment method by logging in to your account, clicking on the “my account” tab on the bottom left corner of your PC screen and then clicking on “payment methods“.

If you purchased a Keenan Online subscription (monthly or yearly) and would like to know how to cancel it please click on this link here. It has detailed instructions on how to manage your account, including how to cancel it. 

If you would like to delete your Jiu Jitsu X account please email us (info@jiujitsuX.com) and let us know. We’ll have it sorted for you.

You can change your email address and your password by logging in to your account, going to “my account“, and clicking on “account details“.

      you have an active yearly Keenan Online subscription which was renewed on May 3rd. Let me email you the details and screenshots and we’ll go from there.
