Although you might not be familiar with his name, Darryl is the wrestling coach to some of the most dominating stars of the UFC including names such as Dominick Cruz, TJ Dillashaw, BJ Penn, Chael Sonnen and Rashad Evans. He has also worked with Kyle Dake, who recently became the man that beat Jordan Boroughs and qualified for the Olympics. The full list of outstanding fighters he has worked with is insane.

Darryl Christian’s Wrestling Background
Darryl Christian began his wrestling career back in high school, quickly progressing in the years after to join the US national team, winning multiple national & international titles. After his retirement from the competitive scene, he began to turn the MMA world upside down by infiltrating the training system with new ideas and his unique wrestling style, in turn creating some of the world’s best athletes.
And he’s not raising assassins in the UFC alone, he’s also worked with some of jiu jitsu’s best grapplers for example, Keenan Cornelius, Lucas Leite and Rafa Mendes.
