Who is Matt Edgington? 

Matt is a master of solo drills. He has already helped thousands upon thousands of jiu jitsu practitioners from around the world, to better their mobility and movement for jiu jitsu. 

Matt believes that while training with partners is very important, it is also important to teach your body to flow through the movements. He teaches his students to be comfortable in the specific movements they will inevitably encounter during their training.

This instructional is definitely going to be very helpful if you're looking to improve your patience, coordination, breathing, conditioning, and movement patterns. What you do in your school is important but also outside as well when you're not attending class. This is going to be a nice hidden gem and so far I'm learning a lot from it. Great course.
