I`m an older unathletic brown belt and this course really gave me an awesome framework to base my takedown game around. No longer just a dirty guard puller, this has given me the confidence in my stand up game for sure. I was impressed with Josh`s ability as a teacher. I`ve watched a ton of instructional videos, from the broken English, the convoluted, and overexplained and this has been one my best purchases hands down. I hope you don`t buy the course because I selfishly don`t want others to have this knowledge.

I struggle with single legs and this system gave me plenty of other options that have been effective immediately. I was very fortunate to attend a Hinger guillotine/monoplata seminar and the body lock-> underhook-> front head lock gets me to that system very easily. Thanks Josh!
